I have lurked behind the scenes for a year and decided to go native with a subscription. I can't believe I waited so long! I was told in another forum to come here and see if anyone could help me out with some seeds to winter sow. For the moment I want to focus on filling in a front hill and yard between the sidewalk and street. Two very sunny and unprotected spots! I love low maintenance, self-sow or perennials. Any suggestions or help would be fantastic. As a newbie I have nothing to trade, but I can pay postage of course.

Most wanted:
Bergenia Rose
Garden Pinks Zing Rose
zinnias

Thanks everyone you are being fantastic to a very novice newbie. After consulting with what appears to be a much more advanced gardener (Illoquin) I received some tips on what would go best with what I have so far. Therefore: any thing in blues and dark pink/cherry red sort of colors. If you already have dmailed me and gotten stuff together don't worry, I will take it anyway! I guess I lean more towards a cottage garden, funny because I live in an old Victorian.

Kelboindy, I will dmail you tonight or tomorrow.
