The local NABA chapter of south Texas will start meeting at the NABA IBP (North American Butterfly Association International Butterfly Park) located at 2002 W Military Hwy, Mission, TX 78572 Telephone: (956) 583-9009 starting on February 9th. We will be meeting each Saturday at 10:00am.
This will be our first meeting in 2008 so we're hoping to do a pot luck brunch while we talk about butterflies, caterpillars and plants. We will be sharing photos, stories and lots of ideas. Everything from cameras and photography to raising caterpillars, backyard habitats and whatnot like butterfly brew recipes. If you're game, we're game too! :o)
There will also be a butterfly walk through the park.
All levels of experience are invited to come join us.
