I have a friend in south western NH that has 4 dozen week old baby chicks for sale. If anyone local is thinking of getting an early start. She has mixed bag of cochin/brahma among other mixes. Cuckoogirl, you might want to edit your email address above to put some spaces around the @. That way the spammers' bots that collect email addresses from the internet won't be able to get it.

The bots troll the internet collecting email addresses. Putting the spaces in keeps them from collecting yours. You don't want your email address collected by spammers.
Where does she live? That's where I live!
You're better off using D-mail. Don't need to give out any address.
I wish I was close, I could use them.

County Gardens, I didn't mean the actual street address, just the general area. It is always so exciting hearing that there are other chicken lovers in my general vicinity. Now, if I could only convince my DH that I should have week old chicks running around the house this holiday....

Keep in mind.....they would be 2 weeks now....maybe closer to 3. She said there are many colors to choose from. If my hubby wasn't allergic to the dust they put off, i would have to get a few too.
