Time Chart for boneless prime rib. I'm making it on Christmas Eve and just broke my wrist (bad break) so don't want to go bone in. I used to go 225 degrees F with bone in, but cant even find that chart. I prefer 225 F, w/ rocksalt, covered. My roast will be around 4.5 lbs.
I can't even type let alone do this searching for recipes. It just took me over two minutes just to clean up my typos, lol
