I'm posting the first recipe:

Tomatos Soup With Semolina Dumplings

Dumplings : 1 egg and about 2 tablespoons semolina. Whisk the egg with a fork and add gently semolina until the mix seems like a thick cream, not pouring. Let it for 5 minutes, so the semolina soak up the egg.
Meanwhile, put water to boil in a 2 pounds pot with 1 carrot, 1onion, 1 pepper and 1 small celery, then mash all. When the soup is boiling, add the dumplings dough this way : take a teaspoon, dive it in a cup with cold water, then take dough and dive it in soup...it will just go down...and so on. The teaspoon can be full of dough or less full, whether you like the dumplings to be bigger or smaller. Add a little bit of sunflower oil, if the soup doesn't have grease and let boil in the covered pot. The soup must boil, but not to hard, not too slow. After 5 minutes, you must roll the dumplings on the other side with a spoon. It takes about 20 minutes to double their size. Add tomatos juice and celery leaves.
