Sheer Bliss has bloomed today for the first time. This is Renee Olshesky's
Ecuador Pink x Rothkirch cross. The blooms opened last night and were pristine white. This morning they are a nice light pink. As the blooms mature I'm sure they'll probably get darker. They have pleasant fragrance. It's sort of a combination of the classic baby powder fragrance with a hint of citrus.
The tendrils are LONG and showy which I love.

Very pretty Gary ! I just got this one this Fall and can't wait to see what it does for me.
Very nice. Your picture is so clear and really shows just how pretty the tendrils are on this one.
I want! I want! I want!
Drooling here!
Look at those babies curl. Very pretty!
Wow.. she is amazing! The best of both worlds.. white for a day then pink.. what a winner! Love those twangers! Beautiful.
Very nice love those ringlets. :*)
Gary has it been released?
No not yet
wow that sure is a beauty.....
Sheer Bliss is in the process of being registered and will be released later in 2008. A little background...she was the only seed from a pod of few, that grew. I guess I was the lucky one because the seeds were split between three people to grow. Renee is a very good friend of mine and should be very proud to have her name associated with this brug. I certainly am. I still wish my pictures were as good as Gary's, tho. LOL!
Well it sure is a winner Shirley! Gary's pics are amazing.. and do her justice. Great job!
She is gorgeous, Shirley. I love the shade of pink, and her tendrils are like perfectly whipped egg whites. :) Very classy. Can't wait to see mine next spring!!
