Just FYI - two years in a row I bought seeds on ebay and both years about half of what I planted wasn't what I ordered. I've purchased a lot of plants and most were what I ordered, with a few exceptions. I've done a lot of buying and selling of other things with a lot of success but won't buy any seeds there in the future.
CLOSED: Seeds on Ebay
Was it the same seller? Did you email the seller and tell them? I have had that happen as well. When I did not get satisfaction from the seller I ended up contacting bidders on their auctions and telling them of my experience.
That is a real problem with buying seeds on EBAY. By the time you grow out what you got it's a bit too late to leave feedback. These dishonest sellers know it. That has also happened to me here on Daves with trades. Thankfully, we don't have that problem here.

Last two years IŽve bought a lot of different seed on Ebay, from USA, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Australia, I have got what I order every time, except for one time and then I got my money back, so IŽm very pleased, I could not get all this exotic seeds if I hadŽnt buy from Ebay, so I will buy more, I think it is very good.

Nope, wasn't the same seller and like you said, by the time I know the seeds aren't actually what I ordered it's too late to leave feedback. My interest was in unusual plants so I wish I had the same luck as hobbyodlaren. In the case of the plants, I did contact the seller and they refunded my money. It was kind of funny though...I'm a master gardener and used to own a perennial plant nursery if I don't recognize a plant I at least know where to look it up - person kept arguing with me about a plant...to this day I'm sure she still believes she sent me what was advertised. I even sent her photos with botanical names...at least she refunded my money :)
A missed id on plants is probably fairly common on Ebay. Not on purpose but just not knowing exactly what you have. Were the seeds close to what you wanted or just completely the wrong plant and not even close? It's like hardy hibiscus which I have traded seeds. I do have the seeds from a certian colored flower but I don't know if they will come true from the seed. I haven't gotten back bad feed back from any trades so I'll assume the hardies turned out as advertised but they might not.
I have seen a couple of pictures that were photoshopped on Ebay and I doubt you will get anything close to what is pictured.
Not all children of the mother plant look the same. Then there is the question of who is the daddy? Maybe Maury needs new shows for plants and animals.
Some people know the common name goggle it and arbitrarily pick one. Wintergreen could be Gaultheria, Pyrola, Chimaphila or Buxus 'Wintergreen'. I have bought Chimaphila (2 leaves, a stem and some had a peice of root) as Pyrola.
You can leave feedback here at DG,some of the sellers at ebay are listed here. That way you can warn at least the other DG'ers
