Can anyone tell me how to convert the amount of wet yeast to use for dry? I have access to block yeast buy don't know how much to use. I did a couple of searches and can't really find what I need. For instance if a recipe calls for 3 packs of active dry yeast how much wet do I use?
If you haven't already guessed math is not one of my stronger points!! LOL
