Neoregelia "Rose Blush" - Maybe?
It's difficult to tell because the influorescence is past. My first impression was that it is a Nidularium because of the mottling on the leaves. Without the bloom, it's impossible to know. Nids are shade lovers unlike Neos and their blooms are almost always on a stalk. Can you include a picture with a little more of the influorescence or is it too far gone?

Definately a Neo but totally impossible to id. There are thousands of Neo hybrids and cultural differences make for large differences in conformation and color.
