Camellia saying good morning!

Atlanta, GA(Zone 7b)

Good morning y'all, anybody up already?
Just took some pics of my C.Sas "Jean May", she's still small but looking good.

GGG, how are you doing girl? How's the foot coming along and are you surviving the Christmas season with no or almost no mobility? You need help?

That is a beautiful pink, but what are those little spots on the leaves? Is it in too much sun?If that is insect damage, then try the insecticidal soap. That always works for me, sorry if I sound too cridical, still a beauty.Mike

Hi Mike, yes this a nice camellia. The spots I believe are dew drops, I am using some else's camera right now, so it's not too sharp. They do look like little insects don't they?? Ohhh dear,,, you're making me all nervous now. I'll check again tomorrow. If it is insects what kind of soap should I get? The plants are in bloom now, that's going to be hard.
Did you see the other photo/thread?? Now that one HAS a problem.

Coby, your camellias are beautiful! I'm just starting to buy a few here and there. Don't you just love blooms in December!

Yes, they are amazing! I can't wait for them to come to full bloom, they are small still but I can imagine what my little border area in front of house will look like an few years!
That blue recycle bin is not so charming in the photo, sorry.

But it shows that you are keeping the environment at your best interest, and that you have a new landscape, insted of "add a piece".Mike
