cuttings to trade

San Antonio, TX(Zone 9a)

I have started to prune back the Brugs as they are finishing their last flowers, I would like to trade some if I can, but I also have some for post for those who have no trades. Open to any Brug offers especially the perfumed kind.

Hey Jim, just wondering how hardy yours are? I have fallen hard for Brugs and have some cuttings that people here have been so kind and gracious to send, but if there are any that are hardy for zone 6 I would be tickled pinker than pink! LOL

Hi Rita,

If you can't find trade for your Day Dreams I would love to have a cutting or two for postage. This is the first year of my brug addiction, so hopefully next year I will have cutting to share.

Thanks

Rita, I would love to get a cutting of Adeline and Day Dreams, I do not have any Brug. to trade, I do have alocasia wentii, xanthosoma lime zinger and canna Australia. I can also do postage. thanks rita

North West, OH(Zone 5b)

I'm going to pipe in too Rita. I am also new but have already been blessed by a few generous DGers who have gotten my addiction into full swing. If you do not find the trades you're hoping for I would gladly send postage for anything extra you have, but I will stand in line behind those newbies who have yet to benefit from any one's generosity.

Thanks,
La

(Sorry Rita. I replied too soon out of bed and got my names scrambled).

San Antonio, TX(Zone 9a)

I had started posting out cuttings but found that the post was taking 4-5 days. So I have put the cuttings into sand and will start after the Xmas mail. Let me know if you are happy to wait a little longer for rooted or any special weather conditions I need to be aware of for your part of the country.
Sorry about the delay, they are all doing well though and nobody will miss out.
Rita.

Say Rita, do you have any pictures of the ABADS pod #1 seedling you had bloom. Maggi said she was a dark pink for you. I thought she was worth trying out for the scent alone.

(Maggi) Big Sandy, TX(Zone 8a)

I think Rita posted it at the other forum, maybe she could post here too?

It hasn't been released yet, we're still in the trial stage

Happy New Year Rita! :) Not sure if I was lucky or fortunate enough to be included in your generous offer. However - I'd wait forever for any new & great addition to the brug family! :)

Rita, I have taken several cuttings of this Brug to send out for trials. I was thinking this Brug was worth working with from the start, only because of it's fragrance. This Brug had a stronger scent than any Brug I have ever seen. Now that I see she also has such great color I am even more convinced. Thanks for the picture.
