Fly_girl--Hmm, my next guess would be that you need some kind of plug-in or movie chip. If you can see YouTube movie clips, I think you should be able to load this program. It took mine about 5 minutes to load, so if you can at least see the "loading" signal come on, just hang on and wait for it to start. The dance is contagious.

I haven't elfed myself yet but an gonna try. Heh, heh. This will get even Stoics to snicker.
