Is it possible to grow teak and rosewood in zone 9?

Santa Barbara, CA

Also I would like to know if there is a website where I can enter a species of tree and it will give me it's zones? Thanks for the help.

Desoto, TX(Zone 8a)

I believe there is a tree and shrubs forum. Perhaps if you posted there someone more knowledgable would see your question. Good luck.

(Zone 9a)

As far as rosewood is concerned I would say NO for zone 9a.
Probably not in zone 9b either.

Sinking spring, PA(Zone 5b)

In regard to teak (true teak- Tectona grandis), no way for zone 9. Sorry!
