Rubs add major flavor to grilled chicken, beef, pork, even veggies--and you can whip up your own in about 30 seconds.
Start with a base of 1 teas paprika, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1/2 teas salt.
To make Mediterranean rub add to that 1 teas cumin, 1 teas pumpkin-pie spice.
To make Asian rub add to the base1 teas garlic powder and 1 teas ginger.
To make Southwestern rub add to the base 1 teas chili powder and 1 teas onion powder.
