I want a small selection of spectacular fruit and berries that will wow guests and family before they leave early September. Taste paramount! Northern New England, zone 5b-6. The best list I've found is on www.demosnews.com ('home section', luscious fruits for a short season). Have a look, then please pass on any other suggestions.

3 best family pleasers for July and August, zones 5b and 6
Lee Reich has a good book: Uncommon Fruits for Every Garden. Available on his website, and just about anywhere.
