I would like to try a traditional English style steamed pudding that you can serve by lighting some sugar cubes soaked in brandy. Anyone know what I am talking about? Any help/recipes would be sure appreciated. Twin Lakes Chef aka Arlene and Darius, the resident experts, where are you? A lot of you are also great cooks or at least enjoy it much, so let me hear from you all.
