Okay, it's 25 days and Christmas will be here. What are your plan, tips and menu items?

I'm going to the sister-in-laws so I'm getting off easy this year, but I liked doing prime rib in the past because it was fairly simple and every one seemed to enjoy it. A little pricey though.
