I just bought one and the instructions don't give a clue about how long things should cook. It just says to check often as recipes cook faster. I just put in an 8x8 pan of brownies and set the timer for 50 minutes. Anyone out there with experience baking or roasting in a convection oven? I would welcome any advice or comments on your experience.
