Truly amazing.......Part II

Now that the USA-philes on its nominating committee have chosen to bestow another Nobel Peace Prize on an American -- I would like to pose two questions. (Please -- no Googling.)

1. What has been the effect on the polar bear population in the past twenty-five years during this heating up of the earth?

2. Exactly how much would the oceans rise if the melting of the Arctic (continent?) continues unabated -- and all the ice is totally liquefied?
