When I lived in Alabama, every Sunday there was a Nascar race on, the Elks lodge X DH and I belonged to and I tended bar at had a huge "Race Day" party. A woman I have since lost touch with made an awesome coleslaw with fresh diced tomatoes in it. Does anyone have a recipe from down South like this? I really loved it, and it wasn't just coleslaw with tomatoes thrown in it.

Any help would be appreciated!
