caladium bulbs

just dug mine up and they look different than when i planted them--they are light and some are spongy--small and covered with roots--i am letting them dry but wonder if they are any good now

If they haven't frozen they are probably fine. I've noticed the differences when digging them too. The color darkens and they feel harder as they dry. The roots will dry up and slough off too.
