Thanksgiving Greeting!

While I was researching recipes for Thanksgiving I came upon this lovely recipe for Herbal Jellies from Renee Shepherd seeds site that made me think of the wonderful DG herb forum posters--I thought you all might enjoy making these for gift giving or your holiday season buffet or cocktail table--

I hope you all find lots of love, appreciation, and happiness around your table tomorrow. Very best wishes for a happy Thanksgiving, t.

Yum! Thanks, I'm going to try it with lemon verbena.

Hey, thanks Tabasco! Of course, we're interested. That business has good seeds, I knw. I haven't tried making jellies yet, but that's down the road. For the time being, I am trying many different kinds of herbs to learn cultivation and use.

I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!! Let us know how your hellies come out.

Great idea on the herbal jellies! Thanks for posting tabasco!
Happy Thanksgiving everyone (it's a bit late, hope y'all had a great Thanksgiving)!

I've got a bumper crop of sage, so I'll try making some sage jelly.

Happy Thanksgiving to all, belated as well! Try cider for the liquid portion of your sage jelly, making it cider/sage jelly. Delicious!

MMMMMmmmmm! That sounds great! I love apples and sage together.
