After my disaster with the Ricotta, I figured I'd take a little poll.

DH and I like cheese in our salad--Cheddar, Feta, Blue(me). I've been searching for a few different ones, but there's no place here to taste before you buy---

What is your favourite cheese for eating on crackers or in salads??
