Yuck---it tastes like cardboard :((

DH and I like cheese in our salad, Cheddar, Feta--strong cheeses. I saw this Ricotta beside the Feta and impulsively bought some---never had it before.

So, now what am I gonna do with it? Any suggestions? DH doesn't like fancy.
