That's impressive,Lorak! I can almost smell Thanksgiving dinner..mmmmm. Our neighbor dressed their turkeys today. They do around 25 every year. There was a constant flow of traffic coming from their place!
any bigger Lorak and I think you'd need a bigger freezer!lol!

Thanks. the toms in the frig one, we are delivering today and the other (the biggest) is being dropped off at my sisters tomorrow when my husband goes to work. The hen (not pictured) is already at the neighbors. Next year I am definitely separating toms and hens to prevent injuries, both hen we injured by the toms wanting to mate and thier claws ripping up the hens sides and getting them a month later so they aren't so sumo!

I was wondering when I should get the babies so they are ready for Thanksgiving and only be around 20-25 pounds. That's a good idea keeping them separated. The males can keep the girls running!

Get them the beginning of July, thats what I was told anyways.

WOW !!! that is awesome !!!

I can't even fathom any that big. I butchered my two giant white which were meat specific several months ago because they looked pained to walk... never did weigh them but they weren't anywhere near that big.

Julie =0)

Thanks, LoraK!
