I have to agree... am switching the photos over... disappointed in the Los Angeles arboretum... this is their brand new Madagascan exhibit.. .think they'd be a bit more picky about identification!

It's not the only mis-identified plant in that new exhibit, unfortunately. I wonder how many will be alive this time next year?

It get's pretty cold there.. noticed that only a fraction of the Wodyetia palms were there last month I saw planted a few years earlier. they are quite optomistic about the climate there.
