Recipe for Crisco Sugar Cookies

Years ago I had a neighbor that made the best Christmas sugar cookies I've ever tasted. They would melt in your mouth. The only thing I recall about her recipe (which I lost) is that it used Crisco. Does anyone know of a recipe like this? The neighbor lived in Charlotte, NC.
