This one is a cross of Chocolate High X Buckeye colors. was planted 3-20-07

about 28 inches tall good upright branching growth and many buds coming on.Flowers are about 6 inches wide so far.

Just 8 months? That's what I need to get seedlings with 4 or 5 pairs of leaves ... and 3 years more to bloom.
A great seedling, similar to Janys. It seems Chocolate High didn't give it any gene.

Carlos, I seldom have any seedlings that take longer than 12 months to bloom. Shortest time was 5 months. but those are few and far between. Chocolate high seems to have Dragons breath in its genes for the white stripes in the eye(edge of petals). sometimes it carries over other times not. This one really surprised me with the color scheme after reading the tags.
