that garlic presses were no-no's? I am a miserable dicer and fine chopper so I need my g. press! I think sometime I will lock myself in my kitchen w/ sharp knife and dice and cut til I have mastered the art of dicing and chopping like the pro's. Like immersion w/ a language. No coming out til mastered!
