Candy lily/pardancanda seeds- how to grow?

I just got some in trade. while waiting for instructions that I think the sender will dmail me, anybody grown these?

I haven't grown them, but apparently they need light to germinate so don't cover them with soil. From Tom Clothier's site:

Pardancanda norrissii , Sow under very thin cover at 20ºC (68ºF) in light, germination slow
