I looked last night googling for hibiscus seeds. I have not met success but i did find the American Society of Hibiscus seed bank where he is asking for seed. I emailed him to see if he sold seeds.

If anyone knows where to get good tropical hibiscus seeds, i will be a happy camper........congrats again to you for your magnificent beauties!

They do send out seeds as well (that's why they're asking for seeds--so that they can distribute it to people who are interested). Also, on the eBay thread (I think), someone mentioned an eBay seller who is legit and sells tropical seeds (not the guy with the Photoshop though, don't buy from him!) Since they won't come true from seed, I don't know if you're going to find much besides the AHS and maybe a person or two on eBay, just make sure you only get stuff from people who aren't trying to convince you that they know what your seeds are going to grow up to look like--the ones who have pictures and say that's what they're selling seeds for are a scam.
