Bumbull foot has fullfilled her destiny

Woodsville, NH

Bumbull foot (one foot was larger than the other) was dressed today. When I was letting them out this morning I noticed blood under one of her wings, so I chased her down and looked at it. She had a good size gash on her body under her wing, I think it was from one of the turkzillas trying to mate. The guy up the road said to just leave her alone and have her done with rest in a week. I couldn't, I posted on a local poultry site, Craigs list (Got flagged off in minutes) called every processer I could find, no one answered. Then my friend claudette, her boys (men really) aren't pros but do all thier own when he hunt. So we made the 100 mile ride with Bumbulls in the back of my suv, she rode quite well. They had her done in and plucked right away. No scale so one of them wieghed himself then him and her and she was 22 lbs! you cannot go wrong with broad breasted whites, she had a huge one!!!

I can't believe you said that, lucky! Over here everyone eats a turkey on Thanksgiving! I had never thought about whether or not people in Australia eat turkey.

Turkey is like chicken but richer. And a lot bigger of a bird.
