New Laptop MP3 Programs?

On my desktop I was using the Dell Musicmatch Jukebox and music ripped and saved as MP3's.
I don't have the Musicmatch software so used what is on the notebook which is Windows Media and that saves the music as WMA which I can't download to a DVD.
What program can I get or download that will save my music as MP3 w/o having to convert?
