Anthurium clarinervium

Houston, TX(Zone 9b)

Here's a few pics of my small Anthurium clarinervium I took recently. It's nice ...and apparently tolerates neglect. 8^/

It threw out this ...whatever it is recently. It looks like it coudn't decide whether it wanted to be a spathe or a leaf, so it ended up a mix of the two. A little smaller than a normal leaf and more arrow shaped than the normal heart shape. It is fairly thick and stiff like a leaf.

Just edited to add that is the top of it, not the bottom.

I love the leaves on this one. I just purchased one a few weeks ago.

Carter, I love your anthurium It will be on my must have list. I have two anthuriums that I can't identify, maybe someone can name them.

On a gloomy overcast day, I found enough time to identify the names of my anthurium as per Natural Selection Exotics web-site. The first one is Clarinervium, 2nd. is Mehani. I will try to get Crystallinum, they are the most elegant. look at what I found at North Haven Gardens in Dallas today, another Mehani.
