Does Showy Pink Oregano set seed??

Wheatfield, NY(Zone 6a)

Anybody know? I collected some 'stuff' but don't know what to look for as I'm not familiar with oregano seed. but I don't see anything in it that looks like seeds. it's probably all chaff but I hate to throw it away if it has seed in it. I suppose I could plant some of it and see if anything germinates, but I thought someone here might have some wisdom to share :)

Is your showy pink oregano the same as Kents Beauty ornamental oregano?

Oregano seed is very fine. If you are not sure, save the chaff!

I am sure someone with more experience will come along but I believe the best way to propagate more oregano is cuttings, not seed.

No, it's not the same as Kent Beauty. It doesn't have those unusual blooms.

I'll try rooting some cuttings, too.
