Plant ID Please

Saw this plant at near-by mail box. Can anyone identify please.

I don't recognize it, but it is beautiful. It's not a plumeria for sure.

That is one of the many varieties of Jatropha. This one in Florida is also sometimes called coral tree. It is not a plumeria, though it does have toxic sap. The red flowers eventually form small, green fruits which fall to the ground and can quickly sprout. It is an attractive plant but, under too moist conditions can look raggedy and ugly.It prefers drier and hot conditions--lots of sunshine.

I think it is a Jatropha multifida. The leaves on mine are so much smaller; hope mine looks like that one someday.

Ah, of course. I should have recognized it. I have the Jatropha podigrica, and the flowers look the same. Good job, Brad!
