OK I tried to get some talk going over on the hydroponic forum but the lights are out over there soooooooo............
I am just starting a simple beginner hydroponic/aquaponic (no fish) garden with inside grow lights. Only green stuff no fruiting plants. I have a 6 and 8 pot system that I purchased on eBay. All I do is start the plants, set them into the pots add the nutrient solution in the reservoir and set them under the growlights. Now I wait......... Of course I have to check the ph, change the nutrient solution on a schedule and general garden maintenance. Anyone here tried growing chard, lettuce and cooking herbs inside under flourescent lights? How did your garden grow??

I have only grown my seedlings up until the point they are ready to be taken outside. Can you post a pic of your set up? I'd be interesting in seeing it.

I can post a pic of the system that I purchased but I want to wait before taking pictures of my "mad scientist plant growing set-up" until it looks a bit better.
