A friend of mine gave me a sack of these from a church that was digging them up and throwing them out.

HMMM could be....they also look a lot like Callas. I guess you'll find out when you plant them!!!!

HMMMM......they could be Begonia's

I'd be "very surprised" if they turn out to be Caladiums. Most likely something else.

So should I plant them now or wait until the spring? They don't look anything like the caladiums I have planted in the past..... and I'm not about to go dig up callas or anything else to see how they compare! LOL ;)

I would plant them now in a pot and keep them indoors for the time being. Then see what comes out of the soil.

Those look like the callas I've been digging. Whatever they turn out to be, free bulbs are always pretty!

definitely calla's.

I agree with Bleek and I, too, think they look like Calla.
I have several types of bulb that get stored, pot, soil and bulb all intact on a shelf in an unheated shed. When they start to peek out of the soil, I figger it is time for them to grow and I begin watering and fertilizing. The ones without tags (oh well, no one is perfect) will soon let me know why I saved them.
