I am surprised your's hasn't "pupped" from the bottom as yet. Usually this occurs before flowering, unless you are removing them for propogation?
Nice to see that you realise this plant grows towards the light with its rooster tail. So many people assume it's becoming one-sided and rotate the pot to even things out, thereby ruining its characteristic and unusual attractive feature, ....not to mention delaying any flowering.
