Confederate Rose Mallow 'Rubrus' http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/showimage/45189/
I have these two lovely mallows that are in bloom right now. I will go take some pics and post soon. I cut them down to the ground every winter and there is no reason I shouldn't trade with folks who will want to grow them as well. I am offering to send you unrooted long cuttings which you will place in water and root over the winter. These will root exactly like Brugmansias... no fuss and produce what will eventually be large georgeous small trees with late season blooms. This is a southern pass along plant. While I do own lots in my garden, I am wide open to any and all types of plant trades (including various seeds) and there are lots of plants I don't own so please tempt me.
Some of the Brugmansias are named..problem is I haven't got a clue what their names are...the white is very very fragrant and would be a great moon garden addition. I also have yellow and pink blooming and you can see them here: http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/774521/
I will include at least three long cuttings (as long as can fit in those large boxes) for each trade.
This is not open to postage only at this time. I try to be a good trader and would only like to trade with same.
Thank you.
Susan
Confederate Rose Mallows & Brugmansias
are your confederate roses the double or single ones. i have the double, and would love a single!
I've got both!! :) Double and Single :)
The double opens up and blooms white and fades to pink and eventually a dark pink as it withers. The single upens up the dark pink and stays that way :)

I would love to try your Mallows - tried once before and failed miserably - but I like to think I'm getting better with age!
I can offer you just picked Love in a Mist seeds. I'm pretty sure i also have the Penstemon Husker's Red from last year.
Additionally, I just cut back my Snail Vine and have cuttings of that (NOT the Corkscrew). Also: Aloe Vera, tubers from three different Cannas, Holiday Cactus - hot pink with white centers and peach with pink centers. I can forward pictures when i get home this evening. I have other cactus, too, if you'd like a list and/or photos, and a gazillion other flower seeds if none-of-the-above is of interest to you.
Thanks for your consideration.
You have dmail....
Please give me till Wed to respond intelligently! I've been running around like crazy preparing for the frost that is coming tomorrow night!! If your expecting your end of a trade, please be patient with me..
Thing is I do this EVERY year!! I never see the frost coming! LOL!!

I understand your dilema; I started packing (putting away my plants) a couple of weeks ago. I stuffed my two small gh's but when I saw that it wasnt going to be enough I hijacked my mom's gazebo, wrapped plastic all around it and now it's a big greenhouse. Our so called cold front comes in at 4am this morning (Tues) but I think Im ready for it. Good Luck Susan and take your time with the trades......
Thanks!
