Ok had to put that as the subject just for fun since it is Oct. 31st

the picture isn't' the best but it is no longer out there to take another one.

Can someone tell me what this bug is called?
It reminds me of the seeds we used to call helicopters as kids.

It looks like a katydid. I not sure what they do exactly. I've never noticed damage from them and as long as they leave me alone ,I leave them alone.

Here's my Halloween contribution, Old School Style..... tin foil, long johns, trash can lids and a couple of cans of spray paint. I give you Captain America and Thor!!!!! LOL

That's a great photo, Josephine!

My favorite costume I saw last night....I saw man standing around with a piece of fried chicken. I thought that was really strange. Then I saw what he had printed on his shirt "six foot man with piece of chicken"

Thanks, we had a lot of fun!

Great costumes, Lulu! Reminds me of when I was a kid and we always made our own. There were no Party Cities way back then. My favorite trick 'r treater last night was a little boy in a monkey outfit, being pushed in a stroller by his mother. That's the way to do it -- expend no energy at all and end up with a bag full of goodies! :-)

Now, what am I going to do with all that leftover candy ....

Carla

Loonie, everybody these days when we go out to the Canton flea market is riding around on those motorized carts...strollers for adults.lol

Eat it that is what my husband is doing he is eating all the tootsie rolls ...but then we didn't' have any one come by either not even any neighbors

We only got about 10 kids this year, they were in three groups. DH insisted on buying candy and now I have to haul it to work. If not we will eat it and our weight loss efforts will be endangered. LOL!

LOL that is why I don't buy the stuff I really like that way I won't eat much of it and leave it for hubby to munch on during the day when I am at work
