Christmas time always makes me hungry for shortbread! I once made it with my now-twenty-five-year-old daughter and we loved it! I always buy the "original Scottish shortbread" but would like to make it from scratch this year as DH has gone "Scottish" on me...even wore his McDonald colors to his son's wedding a couple of weeks ago!!!
Anyone have a great recipe (easy, please!) for it? I don't cook often.
