White F4?

Corning, NY(Zone 5a)

Has anyone ever heard of this Brug or did I get taken again on him? I find no info on it, I so wish I could remember the seller or trader that I got this from 3-4 years ago. I do like him, Such a bright white. Sorry the pic is not the best:( Thanks for any help. :)Anita

I can't find it in the registers. I suspect it was a trial someone sold. It is very pretty.

Thanks Brenda.

Anita, I have this one also. Is a very heavy bloomer and very nice plant. Mine never seems to be bothered by heat or pest. About four years ago it was in one of the brug galleries as F4 Hybrid White, but I just looked and it is not there anymore. This poor beauty never got registered and probably got pushed aside for some of the new deep pinks and new doubles that came behind it..

I do feel that whatever it is, It is a keeper or atleast that is how I am about mine.

Anita, there are a few sellers on eBay that assign names to their crosses without bothering to register them. That shouldn't matter if you like the attributes of your Brug. If on the other hand you want a named variety, you may want to look the name up first before bidding. I've been taken as well. Some vendors also claim to be selling an expensive variety then send out some lessor or unnamed variety. I've falled into that one myself also. I hope I'm wiser now.

It looks like a very pristine white. Wonder why they never named it? Some of those whites really have good fragrance.

That is a beautiful white brug! I love all colors of brugs, but to me nothing can beat the visual of simple, elegant white brugs in a garden design. Add single/double/triple white brug blooms to your garden landscape and you'll have one graceful, well designed, fragrant garden.

It's sad this beauty wasn't named! I bet whoever started to trial this brug, wished they would have completed the trial with a name....as white brugs appear to be getting popular again.

Hi Bev,
You got it, I have not cut on this one at all, Yet. They did not bloom this year, but then again my yellow ones did not do to well either? not sure what was up with them.
