Hi

Was wondering if anyone in the forum has any recipes using Whole Wheat Flour .. I inadvertently bought 20 pounds of it today !!

I have found a Banana Bread recipe already .. as well as a substitution chart saying that 1 cup of all purpose flour is = to 7/8 of a cup of whole wheat flour .. mind you .. it says that some recipes may FLOP :-(

I am NOT a bread maker .. am looking for either non yeast breads or muffins etc ..
