My camera is not one made for this type of shot but I did the best I could.
I'm almost 100% sure its a Sharp-shinned Hawk but is there a possibilty it could be a
Red-shouldered Hawk?
The tail is in tight so thats not helping me too much.
I have 2 other shots but their worse than this one.

Definitely an Accipiter. As the two outer tail feathers are distinctly shorter than the rest, I'd go for Cooper's.
