water lotus

wanted to know if anyone has any to trade ?
i have heard the seeds are hard to germinate any ideas on this? plmk i have things not on my trade list so plmk what youre looking for and thxs

I have never traded seeds but would buy seeds from anyone who has Sacred Lotus,Nelumbo nucifera(pink tipped). I can't find them anywhere. EBay has another type and there was another store on the net with white seed. They are not quite what I am after.

Nucifera seed frequently comes up on ebay, probably more often than any other seed.

It's a bit out of season, bidding is more or less stagnant so even low ball items are not being listed (not much point paying for a listing when there are very few buyers)

'tis a good time to snap up things that are very hardy, easy to store or keep indoors through Winter... Not much danger of being outbid

That was a lovely site Andy. I didn't have time to look at the billions of pics available,but I especialy enjoyed the critters.

I'll try ebay again in the spring. The white with pink tips lotus seem to be hard to come by in Northeast PA.
