My epi has been in the same soil for over three years and has finished blooming for the season. Should I repot?

I would say swampguy, your epi would be very appreciative if you gave her some new digs.
You could, but epi's don't object to being in the same pot for many years. I think Candy waited 10 or so years before repotting hers! LOL! Mine are going to have to wait about that long before I repot them. They are way too heavy to manage.
Edited to add: If yours aren't too heavy, I would go ahead and repot them, but spring is really the best time to repot.
