A few minutes ago all my birds inside and out started screaming I went right to the window to look at the front of the coop and either a very large crow or a raven flew by with an egg in its beak! And flew across the yard and landed in a tree. I did a quick once over and everyone appears to be fine. I am figuring being smart birds he saw his opportunity, the dogs were in the house and I left the whole front open this morning I moved the "screen door" because I planned on cleaning it today. I let the dogs out incase he comes back looking for more. I know they can carry diseases so I am on my way out to do a full cleaning.

how often do you give your coup a once over
Every two weeks it is totally cleaned out, I spot clean any areas that are really poopy or get wet as it needs it (a shovel full daily or so) They get waterer cleaned every morning. Get a good shovel it really pays off
