Cuttings of the following shrubs I took in June that have been rooted in and were transplanted into standard perennial pot in late August- weigela 'variegata', weigela 'bramwell'( a smaller weigela that is similar to a 'wine and roses color foliage'), physocarpus ninebark 'diabolo' and Buddleja davidii 'white profusion'. I would like to trade 1 of each, but I do have more if there's juicy good stuff! I am looking for some good bulbs (perhaps tulips) or some interesting dahlias, crocosmia, Japanese iris, German iris, Interesting dianthus, any cool alpine plant hardy in my zone or any plant on my trade list. I also love anything variegated or purple leafed and any unusual echinacea. Dmail me.
CLOSED: REPOST:Perrenial sized pot rooted shrubs
I've got some named japanese iris, some named crocosmias, have to go check their names. I have variegated bleeding heart vine, not hardy though, and a few other vareigated things, have to go check on them, also have some SMALL echinaceas coconut lime that I received in a coop, they are small though, plug size. but planted in 4 inch pots about 2 months ago, cooler weather has not allowed them to grow out though.
I refuse to grow tulips any longer because of the moles /voles that eat them as fast as I can plant them. I do have an unusual dianthus out there hum, name escapes me, let me go look real quickly. Well, shoot it's raining, I think it's horatio? mispelled, it's a new one, would have to check to see if it's dividable.
I am interested in your
August- weigela 'variegata', weigela 'bramwell' these are two different ones? AND
physocarpus ninebark 'diabolo'
In the mean time, I'll put on my hip boots and go check the names o f those japanese iris out there.
