rain finally

We've had a couple good showers here ... it is so glorious ... my garden is smiling. Of course, we're hoping for more.

It does seem strange to have rain falling ... it's been months since we've had a good rain.

man it is so nice to get some rain FINALLY lol i hopeit keeps it up my plants will love it hope you get more rain

I woke up to rain this morning, Yippee!
Hope it rains all day!

Got some here too .. half an inch .. was awaken at 5:30 am with terrible lightning!

The rain I love.
The answer to a prayer. My garden is very happy.
My patients complain that they can't breathe with the change in barometric pressure. So, I am happying on the inside but crying on the outside..

We got some last night down on the coast. I wasn't awake so I don't know if it rain a lot or not.

Rained off and on all day at my office, but when I got home the rain guage told me it wasn't that way here at home (4 miles away). :(
Oh well, forecast still has a good chance of rain through tomorrow. Hope springs eternal!

Filled up all my rain-catching receptacles:-) That's the good news...on the other hand, I'd been waiting for it seems a month for the brug bud to open since the first flush got blown away by the wind. You guessed it...it opened this morning, got blown to the ground this afternoon. Got it sitting in a jar of water. It's upside down for a brug bloom, but I couldn't leave it out after waiting so long. Looks like some art nouveau vase.

Had one burg to bloom its a white one. $ others are just sitting there.

Its still raining yeah

Yay! Still raining here! Had and inch and a quarter since noon yesterday! Love it! Garden is happy, too! (And I hear tell more to come throughout the night!)

We've been getting nice little showers for about 3 days now. The problem we had down here this year was we would get 2 inches in a few hours then nothing for 2 weeks. It really wasn't great for the plants.

Still raining here .. nice gentle slow rain .. the ground is saturated enough so that it soaks in instead of running off.
